Fee: $250/week

In consideration of your acceptance of my child's registration, I state that I will not hold responsible Edmonton Rhythmic Gymnastics or any of its Executive or Coaches for any personal injuries, property loss or damage suffered by my child while involved with ERSGA activities. No participation will be allowed without agreeing to this waiver. In selecting the "I Agree" check box , I agree to these terms. *No make up classes allowed *Participation will NOT be allowed without accepted registration form and fees. Absolutely No Parents, Friends or Family members are allowed in the gym during training time. I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions as outlined above. I agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that non-compliance may lead to my child's withdrawal from ERSGA programs Minimum Age * Gymnast must be the minimum age within one month of the class start date. Any exceptions must be approved by the Head Coach.

Photo & Video Permission*
I hereby grant ERSGA the right to use, without payment of any fee or charge, written information, photograph, videotape or other visual media of the participant taken throughout the year. I will allow photos or videos taken of my child at club events to be used for future advertising, and/or compiled for club or class CDs or media files available for purchase to parents. I understand that I can revoke this permission by submitting a written request to Edmonton Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. **Please Note: If you do not grant permission, we cannot guarantee that your child will not appear in group photos taken at our shows (ex. candid shots or our annual club photo). Parents will be fully responsible for removing the child if they do not want their photo taken.
