Fall session gymnasts have the opportunity to perform in our Annual Winter Show. This years’ Winter Show will be on Sunday December 7, 2025.

*Hair: pulled back, away from face: ponytail or bun, etc.
*Outfit: active wear, leotard, body suits; no jeans permitted

Which program would you like to register for?*

Schools will occasionally make adjustments to our bookings to accommodate school functions. Schedule changes may occur. Registrations are accepted in the order in which they are received and must be completed online along with payment to be accepted.

Permissions & Agreements

Terms of Agreement*

In consideration of your acceptance of my child’s registration, I state that I will not hold responsible Edmonton Rhythmic Gymnastics or any of its Executive or Coaches for any personal injuries, property loss or damage suffered by my child while involved with ERSGA activities. No participation will be allowed without agreeing to this waiver. In selecting the “I Agree” check box , I agree to these terms. *No make up classes allowed *Participation will NOT be allowed without accepted registration form and fees. Absolutely No Parents, Friends or Family members are allowed in the gym during training time. There will be special announced “Open Classes” where friends and family will be able to sit in during the class. I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions as outlined above. I agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that non-compliance may lead to my child’s withdrawal from ERSGA programs Minimum Age * Gymnast must be the minimum age within one month of the class start date. Any exceptions must be approved by the Head Coach. Parents must bring girls to the program (not drop them off near the gym) and pass to the coach and pick up on time from the training area. Coaches can not babysit kids after the practice. If it happens, you agree to pay for coach’s time.

Photo & Video Permission*

I hereby grant ERSGA the right to use, without payment of any fee or charge, written information, photograph, videotape or other visual media of the participant taken throughout the year. I will allow photos or videos taken of my child at club events to be used for future advertising, and/or compiled for club or class CDs or media files available for purchase to parents. I understand that I can revoke this permission by submitting a written request to Edmonton Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. **Please Note: If you do not grant permission, we cannot guarantee that your child will not appear in group photos taken at our shows (ex. candid shots or our annual club photo). Parents will be fully responsible for removing the child if they do not want their photo taken.

Payment Policy*

Yearly mandatory Registration Fee is $45.00 (includes registration with Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta) and is payable once per year, once per family. This fee is nonrefundable. Tuition of $320 for each rec program session must be paid in full. Cancellation prior to the session start date will be given a refund of the tuition. Cancellation prior to the third class will be given a refund for remaining classes of the session. No refund will be given after the start of the third class. No make up classes are allowed.
