In consideration of your acceptance of my child's registration, I state that I will not hold responsible Edmonton Rhythmic Gymnastics or any of its Executive or Coaches for any personal injuries, property loss or damage suffered by my child while involved with ERSGA activities. No participation will be allowed without agreeing to this waiver. In selecting the "I Agree" check box , I agree to these terms. *No make up classes allowed *Participation will NOT be allowed without accepted registration form and fees. Absolutely No Parents, Friends or Family members are allowed in the gym during training time. There will be special announced "Open Classes" where friends and family will be able to sit in during the class. I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions as outlined above. I agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that non-compliance may lead to my child's withdrawal from ERSGA programs Minimum Age * Gymnast must be the minimum age within one month of the class start date. Any exceptions must be approved by the Head Coach.

Photo & Video Permission

I hereby grant ERSGA the right to use, without payment of any fee or charge, written information, photograph, videotape or other visual media of the participant taken throughout the year. I will allow photos or videos taken of my child at club events to be used for future advertising, and/or compiled for club or class CDs or media files available for purchase to parents. I understand that I can revoke this permission by submitting a written request to Edmonton Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. **Please Note: If you do not grant permission, we cannot guarantee that your child will not appear in group photos taken at our shows (ex. candid shots or our annual club photo). Parents will be fully responsible for removing the child if they do not want their photo taken.

Withdrawal Policy

ERSGA requires 30 day notice in writing.
***In case of Covid 19 lock down: regular monthly payment will be adjusted for quarantine time. ERSGA will offer "Zoom Training"- stay tuned for detailed info.

Volunteering Commitment

Edmonton Rhythmics is a not-for-profit organization. All the parents of the pre-competitive program must volunteer at the club’s annual events such as Winter and Year-End Shows , vacuuming the carpet (once a year), and the Casino event. You will be required to take a shift at the Casino event. For that purpose, you have to submit $300 cheque dated June 30, 2024. For the volunteering at the club's two annual events and vacuuming the carpet the $200 cheque dated December 31, 2023 is required. In case you do not volunteer, the cheque will be cashed. Please submit all the cheques ($300 & $200) with the registration package. In case you do not volunteer, the cheque will be cashed.
