General Information*
Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) Demo is an event, where people can have information about the sport of RG and how gymnasts perform using RG apparatus such as hoops, balls, clubs, and ribbon accompanied by music. Our club's National and Western stream gymnasts will be showcasing RG routines. After it, all registered participants will have an opportunity to try RG and apparatus with the help of ERSGA gymnasts.

*Hair: pulled back, away from face: ponytail or bun, etc.
*Outfit: active wear, leotard, body suits; no jeans permitted
*Feet: barefoot or ballet slippers

In consideration of your acceptance of my child's registration, I state that I will not hold responsible Edmonton Rhythmic Gymnastics or any of its Executive or Coaches for any personal injuries, property loss or damage suffered by my child while involved with ERSGA activities. No participation will be allowed without agreeing to this waiver. In selecting the "I Agree" check box , I agree to these terms.

Photo & Video Permission*
I hereby grant ERSGA the right to use, without payment of any fee or charge, written information, photograph, videotape or other visual media of the participant taken throughout the year. I will allow photos or videos taken of my child at club events to be used for future advertising, and/or compiled for club or class CDs or media files available for purchase to parents. I understand that I can revoke this permission by submitting a written request to Edmonton Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. **Please Note: If you do not grant permission, we cannot guarantee that your child will not appear in group photos taken at our shows (ex. candid shots or our annual club photo). Parents will be fully responsible for removing the child if they do not want their photo taken.
