Advanced Interclub - 2023-2024 registration

Important Information

This program is a fun, entry developmental program focusing on developing the body and apparatus skills. Participants will have the option of competing at entry-level fun events.

The following is the schedule that has been worked out for your class for the upcoming competitive season. Please note that we observe all of the statutory holidays and there is no refund or make-up classes offered for missed or cancelled classes.

Please note that no classes are scheduled for the Winter Holidays, (2 weeks) and for Spring Break (1week).

Training Schedule

  • Start date: Wednesday, September 6th, 2023
  • Monday & Wednesday - 4:45-6:45 - Kinsmen Sport Centre
  • Friday - 5:00-7:00 - Kinsmen Sport Centre

Volunteering Commitment

Edmonton Rhythmics is a not-for-profit organization. All the parents of the Interclub program must volunteer at the club’s annual events such as Winter and Year-End Shows , vacuuming the carpet (once a year), and the Casino event. You will be required to take two shifts at the Casino event. For that purpose, you have to submit $300 cheque  dated June 30, 2024. For the volunteering at the club’s two annual events and vacuuming the carpet  the $200 cheque dated December 31, 2023 is required. In case you do not volunteer, the cheque will be cashed. Please submit all the cheques ($300 & $200) with the registration package.

 

Training Fees

All payments have to be received by the 1st of each month. The first payment will cover the first and last month’s (September & June) fees. If a gymnast withdraws from the program the last month’s fees will be non-refundable.   

Withdrawal Policy: ERSGA requires 30 day notice in writing.

Fees are calculated for the entire year and the payment schedule is provided below.

Please note; Your child cannot participate in our program until ERSGA receives her registration and all Payments!

Payment Schedule

  • Method 1: One time payment ($3,580)
  • Method 2: Deposit with monthly payments ($716 today and $358 per month for 8 months)
  • Method 3: E-transfer to [email protected] ($3,580 or $716 today an $358 per month for 8 months),

REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE AUGUST 31st 2023!
