ADVANCED Provincial Competitive - 2022-2023 registration

Important Information

The following is the schedule that has been worked out for your class for the upcoming competitive season.  Some adjustments may have to be made as the season progresses but you will be informed of these as soon as they are known.  Please note that we observe all statutory holidays and there is no refund or make-up classes offered for missed or cancelled classes.

Please note that no classes are scheduled for the Winter Holidays (2 weeks) and for Spring Break (1week).

Training Schedule

  • Start Date: Wednesday, September 7, 2022
  • Monday - 4:15-7:45
  • Wednesday - 4:15-7:45
  • Friday - 4:00-7:00

Volunteering Commitment

All the parents of the competitive program have to volunteer at the club’s annual events such as Winter and Spring Shows.

You will be required to take one shift at the Casino event. For that purpose, you have to submit $300 cheque  dated December 30, 2022. In case you do not volunteer, the cheque will be cashed. Please submit the cheque with the registration package.

Training Fees

All payments have to be received by the 1st of each month. The first payment will cover the first and last month’s (September & June) fees. If a gymnast withdraws from the program the last month’s fees will be non-refundable.   

Withdrawal Policy: ERSGA requires 30 day notice in writing.

Fees are calculated for the entire year and the payment schedule is provided below.

Please note; Your child cannot participate in our program until ERSGA receives her registration and all Payments!

Payment Schedule

  • Method 1: One time payment ($4,640)
  • Method 2: Deposit with monthly payments ($928 today and $464 per month for 8 months)
  • Method 3: E-transfer to [email protected] ($4,640 today or $928 today and $464 per month for 8 months)

REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE AUGUST 31st 2022!
