Provincial B program 26-27 season
Important Information
The following is the schedule that has been worked out for your class for the upcoming competitive season. Some adjustments may have to be made as the season progresses but you will be informed of these as soon as they are known. Please note that we observe all statutory holidays and there is no refund or make-up classes offered for missed or cancelled classes.
Please note that no classes are scheduled for the Winter Holidays (2 weeks) and Spring Break (1 week).
Training Schedule
- Start Date: Friday, September 4th, 2026
- Location: Coronation Park Sports & Rec Centre (11160 135 St NW)
- Mondays - 5:15-8:15 pm
- Wednesdays - 5:15-8:15 pm
- Fridays - 5:15-8:15 pm
Volunteering Commitment
Edmonton Rhythmics is a not-for-profit organization. All the parents of the interclub program must volunteer at least twice throughout the season. All families are expected to volunteer for a shift at our upcoming casino on October 10-11, 2026. Casino fundraising provides critical funding to our club! Potential additional volunteering commitments could be at club shows/events, vacuuming carpets, assisting with administrative tasks, etc.
Training Fees
All payments have to be received by the 1st of each month. The first payment will cover the first and last month’s (September & June) fees. If a gymnast withdraws from the program the last month’s fees will be non-refundable.
Withdrawal Policy: ERSGA requires 30 day notice in writing.
Fees are calculated for the entire year and the payment schedule is provided below.
Please note; Your child cannot participate in our program until ERSGA receives her registration and first payment
Payment Schedule
- Method 1: One time payment ($4,600)
- Method 2: Deposit with monthly payments ($920 today and $460 per month for 8 months)
- Method 3: E-transfer to [email protected] ($4,600 today or $920 today and $460 per month for 8 months)
