Western Stream B - 2021 registration
Important Information
The following is the schedule that has been worked out for your class for the upcoming competitive season. Some adjustments may have to be made as the season progresses but you will be informed of these as soon as they are known. Please note that we observe all statutory holidays and there is no refund or make-up classes offered for missed or cancelled classes.
Please note that no classes are scheduled for the Winter Holidays (2 weeks) and for Spring Break (1week).
Training Schedule
- Start Date: Thursday, September 8th, 2021
- Monday - 3:45-6:45
- Wednesday - 3:45-6:45
- Thursday - 3:00-6:00
- Friday - 3:30-7:00
Each year ERSGA hosts a Gala to showcase the talent of our gymnasts. The Gala is a mandatory ticket sales event for all competitive members. Athletes must sell 8 tickets ($15/ticket, kids under the age of 5 yrs are free).
Training Fees
All payments have to be received by the 1st of each month. The first payment will cover the first and last month’s (September & June) fees. If a gymnast withdraws from the program the last month’s fees will be non-refundable.
Withdrawal Policy: ERSGA requires 30 day notice in writing.
Fees are calculated for the entire year and the payment schedule is provided below.
Please note; Your child cannot participate in our program until ERSGA receives her registration and all Payments!
Payment Schedule
- Method 1: E-transfer of one time payment ($4,850)
- Method 2: Credit Card monthly payments ($970 today and $485 per month for 8 months)
- Method 3: E-transfer to [email protected] ($4,850 today or $970 today and $485 per month for 8 months)
REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE AUGUST 1st 2021!
