Our Programs

The Edmonton Rhythmics competitive program is the most successful in Alberta. Led by our Head Coach Judit Berecz, and her daughter, Assistant Head Coach Judy Martens, together they strive to bring out the best in every athlete.

Our gymnasts earn top rankings within their respective categories and have proudly represented the club at provincial, national and international events.

Recreational Programs:

Our recreational programs provide a fun activity that combines creativity and musical expression with physical activity.

The basic techniques of rhythmic movement are taught with an emphasis on group interaction.

Pre-Competitive Program

Developmental class for youngsters who demonstrate an aptitude for rhythmic gymnastics: focusing on expanding basic body movements and apparatus handling to music in a fun group environment.

  • Audition Required

Interclub

Entry level community stream for athletes who enjoy learning and performing through the sport of rhythmic gymnastics-attending local competitions is optional.

  • Ages 8+ Years Old
  • Minimal Equipment Costs

Provincial Competitive

Competitive stream focusing on progressing basic and intermediate skills with the body and apparatus while attending competitions in the city and surrounding areas.

  • Audition Required

Western Stream Competitive

Competitive class focusing on advancing varied body movements and apparatus skills through performance and competition; competitions are held in the city, province, and out of country invitationals.

National Competitive

Advanced competitive class focusing on perfecting varied body and apparatus skills through performance and competitions; athletes qualify at competitions to represent the club, province, and country at high level Canadian and international events.
